2016
A typographic study using street typography and found images around Kampong Glam to form five collages that embodied the different forms of issues faced in Arab street and the Kampong Glam area.

Appropriation
The artificiality of Kampong Glam to maintain its Arab and Malay charm is seen as forced with its plethora of Turkish restaurant. The proliferation of bars is also at odds with the space that is supposed to represent the Arab and Malay community (majority of them Muslims).
